Summary

refresh feeds, articles, and unread counts when Miniflux/FreshRSS sync completes
expose reader sync activity in the status endpoint
handle reader sync HTTP errors and add status coverage

Validation

go test ./internal/handlers/freshrss ./internal/freshrss
git diff --check
Frontend unit tests were not run because vitest is not installed in the workspace
