GitHub only turns the user-attachments URL into a player on github.com; Docker Hub and the directories that mirror the README show it as a bare link, which answers 404 to anyone not signed in to GitHub.

On github.com the demo plays inline (checked anonymously and signed in, Chrome, WebKit and an iPhone viewport). Everywhere the README is mirrored (Docker Hub, MCP directories) the user-attachments URL stays a bare link, and that link answers 404 to anyone not signed in to GitHub. One small centred line under the player now links the same film on anythingmcp.com/video-promo, localised in the de, zh-CN and ja READMEs.
