Reason: Add a MiniMax-backed music generation client and selector for music-3.0.
Added a MiniMax music API client with region-aware endpoints, request construction, and response parsing.
Exported the backend from the package and added import-safe fallbacks for optional local dependencies.
Added unit tests for request building and region base URL resolution.
