Support Devin CLI or App #608

Problem / motivation

I make extensive use of multiple vendors - Anthropic, Open AI and Devin. The latter has extremely high or unlimited token usage on some smaller models which I'd love to delegate all of my simple tasks to.

Proposed solution

The Devin CLI (or App if required) should be available as an option alongside Claude, Codex, OpenCode, etc.
