Does this tool also support Japanese.raw file?

Does MGTools also support Japanese version of MG1? Everything is fine when I export English.raw. But when I tried to export Japanese.raw, not only the .po script files can't show correct text, the font pngs in font folder also show gibberish, I believe the xml file is wrong as well.
