feat(guides): add Social Security break-even age guide - #609

Conversation
Covers the break-even ages for claiming at 62, 67, and 70, a table for every claiming year, the same comparisons at 2%, 4%, and 6% real returns, what the arithmetic leaves out, and delaying as longevity insurance. Adds src/lib/break-even-example.ts so every figure on the page follows the annual constants update, pinned by golden tests including a closed-form check of the discounted ages. Repoints the delayed retirement credits guide's description, which promised a break-even analysis it did not contain, and links the new guide from that guide and the normal retirement age guide.

Correct the explanation of why the post-FRA break-evens land at older ages: they pay back faster from the earlier claim and only start later. Derive the break-even range, the time to break even, and the annuity-style payout rate from the library instead of writing them by hand, state the same-age-spouse assumption behind the survivor figures, and soften the 6% sentence to match its numbers. Pair each discounted break-even with its rate so the page no longer depends on array positions, fix the comment that attributed the absence of COLA to the birth year rather than the set PIA, and add tests for the payout rate, the survivor figure at FRA, a sub-year claim age, a non-whole-year full retirement age, and monotonicity across rates.

Summary
New guide at
/guides/break-even-age: the break-even ages for claiming at 62, 67, and 70, a table for every claiming year, the same comparisons at 2%, 4%, and 6% real returns, what the arithmetic leaves out (longevity, survivor benefit, COLA, taxes, spousal benefits), delaying as longevity insurance, and a hand-off to the strategy optimizer.Library
src/lib/break-even-example.ts: nominal break-even, discounted break-even at a real rate, and per-age rows. Every figure on the page comes from here and is pinned by golden tests; the discounted ages are checked against a closed-form solution and the zero-rate case is tested equal to the nominal one.Wiring
Index entry, sponsor CTA config, sitemap, inbound links from the delayed retirement credits and normal retirement age guides. The delayed credits guide's description and index blurb no longer promise a break-even analysis they never contained.
