Working on / Improve formatting and `ToString()`

Fix formatting as string to make it easier to understand, and also more "convertable" in the sense that the earlier ideas like ExpantaNum.js have similar formatting.

Now formatting numbers up to ~10^^7 is clean. Above that, we're not quite sure yet....
