Civic infrastructure for direct democracy at any scale.
Govnr is an open platform for groups that want fair, transparent, and verifiable democratic participation—from clubs and communities to institutions and larger civic bodies. We are rebuilding carefully around a modern API, a clear domain model, a tamper-evident voting ledger, and accessible tools—including thoughtful use of AI that assists people without making civic decisions for them.
One eligible member, one equal vote is the default. Our aim is to help democracy keep pace with modern technology: secure records, understandable processes, and shared power instead of opaque imbalance.
