Remove development narration from the reader-facing repository

Readers were directed to a continuing workspace, a dated work order and repository-setup narration. Remove WORKSPACE.md and work_orders/CURRENT.md from the current tree, consolidate durable maintenance rules in AGENTS.md, and lead the reading route through the overview, tutorial bridge and proof map. Present source access and verification as stable reference guides.

Retired documents remain in Git history. Two dated records receive only link-target repairs to their historical work order. All 27 protected inputs, mathematical expressions, scientific code, saved references, comparison policy, authorship and licensing are preserved.

Validation: 292 local link destinations/heading anchors pass; integrity passes (27 inputs, 291 file links, five suites); all 14 infrastructure tests pass. Exact comparison confirms unchanged math in every edited surviving document and only the specified URL change in each dated record. The documentation diff received a separate read. The existing CI workflow runs all 60 supplementary checks and five scientific suites.

The PR verification run passed all 60 supplementary checks and all five scientific suites (28 groups, 272 controls). Full logs were inspected for tested merge 2a7bed77ac624c3a5dda2368a6a939f215fd1624. The retained comparisons contain 526 raw differences, including eight suite-07 ODE-workload counters accepted by the unchanged policy; outputs are not byte-identical to the references. All scientific assertions, counts and policy agreement checks pass.

Merged as a13eceb36bb2d2482a5c59ab20e5d63bf61a32e8. Candidate, tested PR merge and main have the same tree 97ab0d3840cdba5d5f8a2700fcbd2bb1848fb52b; the merged worktree is clean and its fresh integrity check passes. The post-merge workflow was inspected and is running at this record's update.
