Support merged cells

Proposed changes

• Render horizontal and vertical Text/Number cell merges on published tables with correct spans, sizing, sticky behavior, and accessibility.
• Keep vertical merge groups together during search and filtering so covered rows never appear without their anchor.
• Ignore malformed or unsupported merge metadata so existing tables continue rendering safely.
