ONE busbar pin for the whole fleet (ARCHITECT; DEPS-AUDIT §8.4 found 7 pins):
e1d3d8b097201859751d77208e66249d98b50a4b->8fc3b1b2a6d123575a77ce505e501b595fb24cef..busbar-ref, every manifest's busbar rev, the busbar workflow refs and the rendered files at the new pin; Cargo.lock re-resolved from busbar's lock there (parity). Stacked on the template PR (branchlane-plugin-template); it lands first.Code that does not compile against the contract at the new pin is fixed on this PR.
