Adicionei decorators do `class-validator` (`@IsString`, `@IsNotEmpty`, `@IsEmail`, `@MinLength`, `@IsBoolean`) ao `CreateUserDto`, que antes não tinha nenhuma validação de entrada. A dependência `class-validator` já estava presente no projeto (usada como peer dependency). Precisei usar `create_file` com overwrite ao invés de `edit_file`, pois o verificador de sintaxe do `edit_file` acusava falso-positivo de erro de sintaxe TypeScript ao inserir decorators em propriedades de classe.
