The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the image fails to load. Update the chart links in README.md and the localized readmes to use a working provider so the chart renders correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying GitHub stargazer API restrictions prevent it from loading, so contributors see a broken image instead of the project's growth.
