SOVEREIGN by Design — decentralized infrastructure for sovereign data governance
FSL is a Wyoming LLC building the first decentralized Web3 sovereign wellness ecosystem. Live on Ethereum Sepolia, governed and engineered as a structural demonstration of consent-first data architecture.

The unsolved engineering problem at the center of this work: a dual multi-sig EIP-191 consent flow paired with threshold-derived client-side encryption — so no single party, including the infrastructure operator, can decrypt alone. The bilateral consent problem this formalizes has no deployed precedent.
This is the proposed Doctor of Engineering applied project at Arizona State University.
