Add network-aware recipe book to terminal crafting

Summary

• add the vanilla crafting recipe-book panel and toggle button to the dimensional terminal crafting screen
• include dimensional-network item storage when calculating craftable recipes
• place selected recipes authoritatively on the server using crafting-grid, inventory, and network resources
• support shaped/shapeless placement, maximum transfer, ghost recipes, search/filtering, resizing, and network-storage refreshes

Verification

• ./gradlew build succeeds
• development dedicated server reaches Done
• development client reaches NeoForge startup but GUI verification is blocked in the current headless environment because GLFW cannot initialize
