Release ocelle version 1.0.2

Summary

Merge the completed release/1.0.2 branch back into main.

This synchronizes protected main with the accepted Ocelle SDK 1.0.2 release line before cutting the final v1.0.2 tag.

Effective change against main

• Update fortifyroot-ocelle package version:
  • 1.0.1 → 1.0.2

The functional OTLP/gRPC authorization-metadata fix is already present on main through commit 6f31406. Therefore, the effective file diff in this forward merge is intentionally limited to the final package-version update.
