Rename PoC -> PoV (Proof of Value) and restructure the sales/meetings
section around the SE's four stages, with the engagement's cross-cutting
artifacts spun off as first-class assets.
Stages (Discovery -> Demo -> Solution -> PoV), nav-ordered:
- Discovery: produces the use case; SPICED + zone qualification
- Demo: introduces the Application Guide (fundamentals + delivery methods)
via a relatable use-case hook; existing script marked legacy
- Solution: deep design stage - app pattern, data plane, architecture
("where FlowFuse lives") tailored to the customer's environment; the
five outputs mirror the Pre-PoV checklist
- PoV: Validate stage - where it fits (stage 4), pre-PoV gates, meeting
cadence, licensing
New first-class assets (root topics under Commercial Organization):
- PoV Workbook: the 7-tab doc + shared definitions + stage->portion map
- FlowFuse Trial Environment: cloud vs self-hosted; trial-license policy
- Demo Apps: the public demo team + 6 publishing criteria
Also: 301 redirect /poc/ -> /pov/, and inbound-link updates across the
handbook (sales index, engagements, solution-engineering, marketing).
