Intent

Resolve the four AUTH-owned public-docstring findings before PR #198 consumes trusted main, without weakening Ruff, docstring coverage, tests, CI, or authorization behavior.

Exact scope

• Add docstrings to _reason, ProjectRoleGrantIssueBody, ProjectRoleGrantRevokeBody, and ProjectRoleGrantMutationResponse.
• Update WS-AUTH-002 status.
• Add the terminal WS-AUTH-002-01 merge intent and review evidence.

No validator, field, model config, route, service, repository, migration, test, workflow, package, or CI configuration changed.

Proof

• Ruff 0.15.22 and ruff check app tests scripts: pass.
• Docstring coverage: 84.5%, up from 84.3%, with unchanged 80% threshold.
• Python compilation, merge-intent validation, internal evidence, Markdown links, stale wording, and whitespace gates: pass.
• Source AST after stripping docstrings: identical to main.
• Pydantic schemas: top-level description metadata only; structurally equal after descriptions are removed.
• Local focused test run: 71 passed; two database-backed tests could not enter setup because the local worktree has no WORKSTREAM_TEST_DATABASE_URL. This is recorded, not silenced; GitHub-hosted Postgres proof remains required.

Internal review

Senior engineering, QA/test, CI integrity, and test delta: PASS WITH LOW RISKS, where the sole residual risk is pending hosted exact-head proof. Security/auth, product/ops, architecture, docs, and reuse/dedup: PASS. No reviewer sessions remain open.

Human review focus

Confirm the source diff is exactly four docstrings, no gate changed, and the terminal merge intent declares no successor. Only the user may approve and merge this PR after every hosted exact-head check passes.
