Bug-fix + parity release. Headline: Wikipedia search-quality fix (no more unrelated-article flooding) and the served scope/rule edits no longer discard your results. Plus the app GUI <-> browser Settings parity pass (engine toggles, personalization controls, language, media/history/update-check toggles, domain-rule add form, summary thumbnail, scope editing).
