Update the remaining MIT declarations
The relicensing leaves docs/BRAINSTORM.md explicitly describing the repository as MIT-licensed at lines 51, 61, 81, and 118. Anyone consulting or searching the repository for licensing information now encounters conflicting MIT and Apache-2.0 statements, which can imply dual licensing; update those references to Apache-2.0 or clearly mark them as historical.
