Step 7, part 3 of 5 — added after reading the first offboarding dry run with Rachel (2026-09-29). It found nobody leaving, and eight groups the sheet does not compute: bonfire, grp-contact, grp-equipment, grp-grants, grp-orders, Kitchens, MelroseKitchenTour, Test1. Rachel decided they are all team groups (Remove from groups covers them), and asked for two more things to be shown before anything posts.

What it adds to /hawkmod lifecycle offboarding

  • Active Google accounts the lifecycle sheet does not account for — no one's RHR Email (or hawk-mod's roster address) reaches them: an old mentor never put on the sheet, a shared inbox, hawk-mod@ itself. Named in full, since every one is a Red Hawk team account; suspended ones are counted, not listed. The Google counterpart of Slack's unknown_account. Read once, then we decide whether it becomes an alert.
  • Members of the other groups who are not on the lifecycle sheet, shown partly hidden (v…@supplier.example) with their role. In part 4 each becomes a warning, never a removal: these groups may hold outside collaborators.

An address is on the sheet if it is anyone's RHR, School or Personal Email, whatever their status, or a parent address — except a current student's Personal Email, which is never a way into a group, so one found there is warned about. A Google alias counts as its account.

Pure (planUnaccounted in domain/lifecycle/offboarding.ts), read-only, no new Google setup. The decisions are recorded under step 7 in docs/lifecycle-sync.md, which now plans five pull requests instead of four.

Tests

7 new; every rule was also broken on purpose to check a test fails. npm run typecheck && npm test && npm run format:check && npm run build pass (818 tests).

After deploy

Run /hawkmod lifecycle offboarding again and read the two new lists together before part 4.

Two more lists in `/hawkmod lifecycle offboarding`, decided with Rachel
after the first dry run, both to read before anything posts:

- Active Google accounts no one's RHR Email reaches (an old mentor never
put on the sheet, a shared inbox, hawk-mod@ itself), named in full since
every one is a team account, with suspended ones counted. The Google
  counterpart of Slack's unknown_account.
- Members of the groups the sheet does not compute whose address the sheet
does not have, partly hidden (k…@gmail.com). These become warnings in
part 4 and are never removed: the other groups are all team groups but
may hold outside collaborators. A current student's Personal Email is
never counted as on the sheet, so one in a group is warned about.

Pure (`planUnaccounted`), tested, and read-only.
