Build FluxServe documentation website with Astro and Starlight

Builds the FluxServe product site with Astro and Starlight: a custom homepage, eight documentation pages, a deployment-guide index, and an empty blog ready for Markdown articles. Shared navigation includes full-text search, theme selection, code copying, and responsive documentation sidebars.

Technical docs are imported from the exact FluxServe commit ee2eb858da592eef77575dcf47414b565d9f890c, introduced by FLX-OSS/FluxServe#7. The importer validates local targets and anchors and preserves source attribution. Blog fixtures verify that drafts and removed articles cannot remain published.

Validation:

• Production build and type checks pass.
• Eight automated tests pass, including isolated production blog builds.
• Browser checks cover desktop/mobile layouts, search, theme persistence, keyboard navigation, and code copying; no console errors.
• Nine FluxServe command examples checked against source definitions; GPU inference was not executed.

Deployment: before merging, a repository administrator must set Settings → Pages → Source to GitHub Actions. The current account cannot update that setting. The workflow validates PRs and deploys main after checks pass. After the FluxServe documentation PR merges, update the source pin and editBranch to its merged revision and main.
