• Generalized the intro away from naming "FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, and FIRST Robotics Competition" specifically, since the program lineup is changing soon and enumerating them is exactly what would go stale again - it now just says "FIRST programs".
• Updated tech-tip-ftc-docs-resources.rst's description of this page, since it previously described the detailed per-program breakdown that's now removed.

• Full Sphinx build with -W (warnings-as-errors) succeeds - confirmed no other page references the removed subsections (only the page's own title heading is referenced elsewhere, which was kept)
• cspell reports 0 issues
• Verified the new PDF URL returns 200 application/pdf
• Caught and fixed a real rendering bug along the way: RST doesn't parse emphasis nested inside link text, so the FIRST-branded link text was rendering literal asterisks - reworded to put the italics outside the link
