Summary

FIRST replaced the Game Q&A system with a new "Team Q&A" platform at game-qa.firstinspires.org (per the official Team Q&A Quick Start Guide, revision 26-27.1, linked from https://ftc-resources.firstinspires.org/ftc/game/q-a-help). The access process changed meaningfully, so game_specific_resources/ftcqa/ftcqa.rst needed more than a URL swap:

  • Teams now log in with their existing FIRST Dashboard credentials directly — there's no longer a separate Q&A account/voucher code issued via the Dashboard's "Passwords/Voucher Codes" page.
  • Removed the old "one-page summary" section — I checked both the old onepage.html path and the new site's logged-out view, and there's no equivalent feature on the new platform, so leaving it in would just point at something that no longer exists.

Also updated every other page's ftc-qa.firstinspires.org link (7 files + the site-wide header nav in _templates/layout.html) to the new domain, since they all pointed at the same superseded system.

Fixed tech-tip-using-servos.rst links to a specific historical question (ftc-qa.firstinspires.org/qa/229). That old link does 302-redirect to a same-numbered path on the new domain, but the redirect target currently returns a 500 error, so removed the link but kept the context.

Test plan

  • Full Sphinx build with -W (warnings-as-errors) succeeds
  • cspell reports 0 issues
  • Rendered the updated Q&A page locally and confirmed it reads correctly
  • Verified via direct fetch that game-qa.firstinspires.org is live and matches the new instructions

FIRST replaced the Game Q&A system with a new "Team Q&A" platform at
game-qa.firstinspires.org (per the official Team Q&A Quick Start Guide,
revision 26-27.1). The access process changed significantly:

- Teams log in with their existing FIRST Dashboard credentials directly;
there's no longer a separate Q&A account/voucher code issued via the
  Dashboard's "Passwords/Voucher Codes" page.
- Question-asking authority is now tied to three specific team roles
(Lead Coach 1, Lead Coach 2, Team Administrator) rather than
  "whoever holds the team credentials".
- Viewing the Q&A never required login; that's unchanged, but now
  explicit in the new guide.
- The old "one-page summary" printable page doesn't have an equivalent
on the new platform (checked both the old onepage.html path and the
new site's unauthenticated view), so that section is removed rather
than left pointing at something that no longer exists.

Also updates every other page's "ftc-qa.firstinspires.org" link to the
new domain, since the old domain's links all point at the same
superseded system. Left tech-tip-using-servos.rst's link to a specific
historical question (qa/229) alone: ftc-qa.firstinspires.org/qa/229
does 302-redirect to a new-domain equivalent, but that redirect target
currently 500s, so swapping the domain there wouldn't actually fix
anything and risks guessing an unverifiable path -- worth a follow-up
once that's sorted out upstream.

ftc-qa.firstinspires.org/qa/229 redirects to a new-platform path scoped
to the current season's board, which doesn't contain a question from a
past season, so it 500s. Since Q&A question IDs aren't stable across
seasons, there's no replacement link to point to -- just reference the
Game Q&A by name instead.

- There's no personal account to create on the Team Q&A anymore -- it
uses FIRST Dashboard SSO. Viewing still doesn't require logging in.
- Don't claim Q&A rulings are "final and binding"; only that they get
  reflected in the Competition Manual.

Keeps the login/SSO explanation, but replaces the step-by-step
ask-a-question walkthrough (team roles, the Draft/Preview/Submit flow,
the drafts-vs-submitted note) with a link to FIRST's own Team Q&A
Quick Start Guide PDF. Avoids this page going stale again the next
time FIRST tweaks the Q&A UI.
