LPD Solo is one 256 x 256 'supermodule', like those that go into LPD-1M. It has the same parallel gain feature.
I prepared a local version of this - inheriting from
LPD1M- for Hazem. He used it with parallel gain mode to successfully load data for a single memory cell.
