Applies the event decisions from the issue 403 scout run.

Added to events.yaml

Event Dates Location CFP
KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2027 15-18 Mar 2027 Barcelona, ES open, closes 2026-10-11
AI Engineer World's Fair 2027 29 Jun - 2 Jul 2027 San Francisco, US not open yet
WeAreDevelopers World Congress 2027 14-16 Jul 2027 Berlin, DE official call closed, late submissions roll via Sessionize

KubeCon and AI Engineer World's Fair were proposed on 2026-08-23 and re-flagged as pending on every scout run since. Nothing was blocking them technically: each proposal needs its own explicit approval before being applied, and neither had one until now.

All three resolved a banner, and the sort by start newest first is preserved.

Ledger

FastAPI Conf joins cfp-track rather than events.yaml: first edition, one day, one track, Amsterdam, invited speakers only and no CFP, which is the same community tier as PyCon DE and EuroPython. Tracking it means the second edition gets reassessed if it opens a call.

The three applied proposals had their pending notes updated so future runs stop re-flagging them.

Deliberately unchanged

MLOps World 2026 keeps its # unverified dates. The organiser page, its own Eventbrite listing and the current entry disagree three ways on the end date, so no winner was picked.

npm run check passes.

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2027 and AI Engineer World's Fair 2027 were both
proposed by the events scout on 2026-08-23 with confirmed organiser details and
had been re-flagged as pending on every run since. Nothing blocked them: each
event proposal needs its own explicit approval before it is applied, and these
two never received one until now.

- KubeCon EU 2027, 15-18 March, Barcelona. CFP is open and closes 2026-10-11,
recorded on the entry so the deadline surfaces before it passes.
- AI Engineer World's Fair 2027, 29 June to 2 July, Moscone West, San Francisco.
  No speaker call published yet.
- WeAreDevelopers World Congress 2027, 14-16 July, Berlin. The official call has
closed but late submissions roll through Sessionize, so the CFP entry carries a
  URL and no deadline.

All three resolved a banner. Sort order by start, newest first, is preserved.

FastAPI Conf joins the ledger's cfp-track tier rather than events.yaml. The first
edition is one day on one track in Amsterdam with an invited-speaker line-up and
no CFP at all, which puts it alongside PyCon DE and EuroPython as community tier;
tracking it means the second edition gets reassessed if it opens a call.

MLOps World 2026 is deliberately unchanged. The organiser page, its own Eventbrite
listing and the current entry disagree three ways on the end date, so the dates
keep their '# unverified' markers rather than picking a winner.

Visual parity — dark theme 🌙

420x900 — 1 of 40 routes moved.

Route Differing pixels Peak channel delta
talks-and-events.png 2,088,790 255/255

Differing pixels locate a change; the peak channel delta sizes it. A large count with a
delta of 1–2/255 is a sub-perceptual shift, a small count at 200/255 is something a reader
would see.

Informational: label the PR visual-change to state that pixels are meant to move, or dependencies to require zero.
