Summary

replace large FLAC background tracks with Opus versions
replace large wallpaper/champion/settings images with WebP versions
update defaults and supported audio formats for the optimized assets

Size impact

reduces the optimized theme assets from roughly 101 MB to roughly 19 MB

Validation

npm run wiki:check
