Some Changes

• Changed items used to kill others to display the items displayname and added an item hover like [item] would do
• Changed the kill messages to be a pool of messages (for global) in the config for some variety
• Changed "Safe Logout" into a title and added auditorial indicators
• Changed "Unsafe Logout" into a title and added an auditory indicator
• Changed "Logout Cancelled" into a title, didn't add an auditory indicator cause either it got cancelled cause you get attacked (You hear that) or it got cancelled cause you moved (no need to indicate it with a sound then)
• Changed "You have been combat tagged on login" into an ActionBar to not send multiple messages for the same reason into the chat "You have been combat tagged..." "Check your combat timer..."
