- 移除 Fragment（与 xtls-rprx-vision 冲突，已被 Vision 取代）\n- 修复 XHTTP 配置（添加 flow、VLESS Encryption、默认 mode=stream-one）\n- XMUX connIdleTime 可配置\n- 精简 .env.example（176→153 行，按必填/常用/高级分层）\n- 补充 21 个缺失的环境变量记录\n- 修正 HYSTERIA2_PORT_HOP_INTERVAL 默认值（10s→30s）\n- 清理所有文档中的 Fragment 引用
