[Bug] Players can get through closed doors without permissions with spears

Describe the bug

When a door is closed and a player does not have trust in that plot/quarter, they can still get through enclosed door areas by lunging with a spear

To Reproduce

find a way to prevent it

Expected behavior

i expected the player to not be able to phase through the door
