중복표시를 사용하는 Marketing 변경과 함께 적용합니다.rejectExistingCustomer: true요청은 쓰기 잠금을 확보한 트랜잭션 안에서 연락처가 이미 있으면phone_exists로 거절합니다. 동일 원본 문의 재전송은 기존 receipt가 우선이며, 기존 9필드 발신기는 유지됩니다.+82 10…/010…비교를 통일합니다. 기본 고객 연락처만 대상으로 하며 회사 대표번호·추가 연락처 목록은 조회하지 않습니다.검증: Marketing 문의 테스트 16개, 공유 조회 테스트 7개, 계약·타입·변경 파일 lint 통과. 실제 양쪽 구현을 합성 DB로 연결하여 조회→신규 등록→중복 보류→receipt 복구를 확인했습니다. 운영 데이터에는 쓰지 않았습니다.

새 조회 권한은 Owner 검토가 필요합니다. 이 PR은 배포 승인이 아니며 WARP 공식 배포가 먼저 필요합니다. Marketing 쪽은 별도의 nullable 조회 상태 열 추가 및 DB 전환 검토가 필요하여 운영 배포를 보류합니다. BUILDUP 키·DTO·조회 범위는 바꾸지 않습니다.
