Summary
v3.5.4published to GitHub Packages. The changelog step then failed becauseCD_GITHUB_TOKENis empty in this repo, sonpxcould not download@eqworks/releasefrom GitHub Packages.The changelog install now uses the Actions token, the same token that published the package.
