What is this PR about?

Why

Fresh installs get Traefik from install.sh, which hardcodes traefik:v3.6.25. That version is out of security support (Dokploy/dokploy#5697). Dokploy now pins v3.7.16 and adds a way to check and update Traefik from the dashboard (, Dokploy/dokploy#5756). This PR keeps the installer and the docs in line with it.

What

  • apps/website/public/install.sh: traefik:v3.6.25 → traefik:v3.7.16, in the install command and the commented swarm example.
  • core/manual-installation.mdx:
    • "Updating Traefik" now explains how to check the version and update it from the dashboard, on the Dokploy server and on remote servers, and what the update keeps and protects.
    • The manual steps remain below as "Updating Traefik manually", with the stale v3.6.7 example fixed.
  • core/troubleshooting/instance.mdx: Traefik image bumped to v3.7.16 in the recovery commands.
  • core/remote-servers/validate.mdx: added the new Traefik Installed validation row, and removed the outdated "7 components" count (the list already had 8 items).
  • core/remote-servers/index.mdx: "View Actions" now mentions checking and updating the Traefik version.

Checks

  • install.sh passes sh -n.
  • All changed MDX pages compile.

Merge order: this documents the feature from . Merge it when that PR ships, so the docs and installer match the released Dokploy version.
