桌面 0.1.1 连接后台恢复后，实时日志订阅仍可能丢失；更新界面没有完整发行日志，抽屉按钮也会被原生标题栏遮挡。
本次为 0.1.2 准备发行日志与关于红点、重启全部服务菜单、抽屉标题栏避让、任务通知和时间线修复。CLI 恢复重连后的事件订阅；平台维护确认绑定已查看日志的目标版本。保留未签名包手动更新、GitHub 构建证明与 SHA256 流程。
验证：平台依赖构建与 management/CLI/Desktop 类型检查通过；隔离 Electron 验证日志展示、红点清除、重启确认与 all 参数、36px 标题栏避让、接入升级日志及无渲染异常；真实发行记录读取和异常分支检查通过。远程 pnpm 路径问题已在原部署确认，已有正式源码含真实路径修复。
Changesets 计划：Desktop 0.1.2、management 0.3.0、CLI 0.4.2、平台 0.2.11。按 Version PR 先发布必要平台包，再为桌面打独立标签；生产服务生命周期不会在本 PR 中执行。
