SFMC Desktop 提供 Windows 桌面管理本机和 SSH 部署，集中管理服务、控制台、配置、模块、资源包、玩家与维护任务。平台增加真实运行指标、有界历史、非交互管理协议与后台守护进程。桌面接入保留既有活动平台，空目录进入初始化向导；README 和中文文档补充预发布下载、使用方法与截图。
本机 Windows 与 SSH Windows 的真实 BDS/数据服务、指标和守护进程重连已验收，结束后恢复原服务停止状态。Windows 打包和双系统平台冒烟 CI 已通过。
正式发行的 GitHub Artifact Attestations 与 SHA256 公示在后续 PR #135 中实现。
