[Fix] OpenSQL HA 시연 대시보드 단발 오류·장애 시각 표시

변경

• HTTP 500·503·기타 실패·결과 불명을 누적 계단으로 분리해 단발 오류를 표시합니다.
• 결과 불명 누적 카드, HTTP 201의 15초 응답/초, 앱별 15초 5xx 증분을 추가하고 집계 의미를 명시합니다.
• 기존 장애 실행의 검증된 시작·복구 시각 두 건을 관측 Grafana annotation으로 등록했습니다. Dashboard JSON은 annotation 조회 설정만 보관하고 실제 레코드는 Grafana DB에 있습니다.
• 초기 실패한 합성 Fixture 재시도까지 실행별 로그로 구분해 남겼습니다.

검증

• 로컬 Python 대시보드 시험 12/12, JSON 파싱·diff 검사 통과.
• Prometheus v3.5.5 promtool 합성 쿼리 기대값 12개 통과.
• 기존 실행 ha1009163528의 실제 Prometheus 쿼리에서 HTTP 500 누적 0→1 확인. 원시 Counter는 한 표본이 아닌 11개로 관측되어 원인을 과장하지 않았습니다.
• 실제 Grafana v8→v9, 18→20패널 적용 후 과거 화면에서 2xx 3,599·5xx 1·결과 불명 0, 두 annotation, 프록시 불가 구간을 확인했습니다.

범위·한계

새 k6나 장애는 실행하지 않았고 백엔드·DB·OpenProxy 코드는 변경하지 않았습니다. Grafana만으로 요청 ID별 DB 보존이나 RPO를 판정하지 않습니다. 다른 Grafana로 JSON만 가져오면 annotation 레코드 두 건은 복사되지 않습니다.
