New layout looks good, and looks to function well on different sized screens! Tests need to be addressed, some ideas in comments.

Fixes some issues in #97, namely alphabetising list of plans and making that list independently scrollable. Other layout improvements as well, and since
@atlas/blueapi-uidepends on@atlas/blueapi-queryit now retrieves plans internally.
