The agent-driven browser preview, screenshots as image input, development server previews, and the screenshot-honesty work (PRs #52 through #55) shipped without any changelog entry. Shared browser tabs was documented on top of a capability the notes never mentioned existed. The recorded engine safety pin also still read 7aede43 while the submodule had moved to 5aea416.

Desktop plan steps could capture a preview screenshot and say it was attached while the model executing the step never received the image. That could leave a visual check incomplete and send the queued image into a later conversation.
This updates the CLI engine reference to include DevMando/MandoCode#92. Screenshots now reach the plan step that requested them before it completes, and leftover images are cleared after failure, cancellation, or a conversation reset. Additional captures beyond the delivery limit are refused explicitly.
This PR only updates the shared engine reference; it does not change Desktop's browser controls, model dropdown, or planner workflow.
Validation: all 280 Desktop tests passed and Desktop built with zero warnings or errors. The engine's 721 tests passed on both .NET 8 and .NET 10, including regression coverage for plan image delivery and cleanup.
Merge the CLI PR first, then this Desktop PR.
