Code Team to‐do List
To Open: Navigate to the Projects tab under the organization (even inside a repo!). Open the Code Team To Do List.
The todo list is organized using several different Views, the tabs at the top of the screen. These are used to navigate through different tasks in various stages of completion. To add a task to the list, go the the "All" view, and put in your item title at the bottom(there is a bar for it). Once you enter, the item is added to the list. Be sure the add the following to it:
- A description explaining what it is (also add details relating to what we need to do for it)
- A repository to edit (if applicable)
- Item Priority (Varying stages of 'must happen' alongside 'just for fun')
- Tags (enhancement and documentation are the most common)
- Assignees (Assign yourself if you are doing it, otherwise ask leadership)
- Date (if applicable)
If you are making an item for Documentation-related things, make sure to start the title with "Documentation: " in order to keep it clear.
NOTE: avoid making items that already exist make items as clear as possible, another person should know what it means
