Add DOScan v2.10.0 production audit

Adds the Vietnamese dark-theme DOScan production reports to the frontend repository so frontend and backend agents share the same verified operational context.

Proposed Changes

• Add the v2.10.0 frontend environment and feature audit.
• Add the linked NFT Media Handler report.
• Record the release, Docker digest, deployment run, WDOS routing verification, and current DEX Pools state.
• No environment variables were changed.

Breaking or Incompatible Changes

None. Documentation only.

Additional Information

The HTML was served through a local HTTP server, parsed, and rendered with Playwright. Both reports use Vietnamese, native dark styling, and the required DOS red accent. The source copy matches the backend report line for line.
