Software Engineer | Unity 3D | VR/XR | Sim2Real & IoT
I am a Software Engineer specializing in the development of advanced VR simulators and integrating game engines with embedded systems (IoT / Sim2Real). My passion lies in blurring the lines between the virtual and physical worlds — from designing clean software architecture in Unity to bringing hardware platforms to life and creating immersive training systems.
- Simulations & VR/AR: I create immersive environments (training, research, medical) with a strong focus on rigorous performance optimization for standalone headsets (Meta Quest) and PCVR architecture.
- Hardware & Sim2Real: I design communication protocols between Unity and microcontrollers (ESP32/Arduino). I connect virtual logic with physical immersion extensions, motion platforms, and sensors.
- Software Engineering: I implement advanced design patterns (OOP), distributed systems (Netcode/Multiplayer), and artificial intelligence algorithms (ML-Agents).
- Multisensory VR Simulators: Developing environments that integrate users' biometric parameters with the game engine in real-time, alongside custom physical modules controlled by microcontrollers.
- Machine Vision & Drones: Working on custom marker-based machine vision solutions applied to Unity logic, and training AI in virtual environments to control physical watercraft, optimized in C/C++.
- VR Multiplayer & Netcode: Designing fully cooperative simulators in a client-server architecture with an effective emphasis on mitigating motion sickness.
