  • P0 OpenSpec×TDD Loop 关账 hygiene：RECENT §0.6/§1 标 done；SPEC-Governance-Harness-OpenSpec-TDD-P0-v1 与 governance 索引同步 PR feat(harness): P0 OpenSpec×TDD Loop — validate · 22/40 补丁 · status JSON #94 完成态。
  • 存量 active task 回填（harness_task_validate --all-active 全绿）：
    • task_chatbi_v3_low_confidence_plan_preview_confirm_v1.md：增顶层 ## 验收标准（含 pytest）、failure_paths Scenario ID。
