Edison causal-graph runs (PaperQA3 causal-edge mode) for four syntrophy/DIET cocultures that lacked downstream edges. Curated conservatively, honoring each run's disposition. InteractionDownstream carries target + causal description only; evidence stays on parent nodes — no new snippets or terms. Pages regenerated.

Add the 4-record batch (000183/188/189/297) to the causal "done so far"
list and note that 000297 yielded no justifiable edge (parallel proposed
DIET pathways) and that the 6 already-wired matches were left as-is.
