Add support for agentic code reviews using the Claude Agent SDK alongside the existing LLM API review path. The review mode is controlled by a config flag (review.agentic).

  • AgentReviewer interface with factory pattern for future agent implementations
  • ClaudeCodeAgentReviewer wrapping @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk
  • Config-driven branching between agentic and LLM review paths

Replace the entire Go codebase with a TypeScript/pnpm implementation
that runs via npx. All functionality preserved: review pipeline (7-step),
GitHub + Bitbucket SCM clients, OpenAI/Bedrock/Ollama LLM backends,
HTTP serve command (Fastify), init, and version commands.

Enables integration with headless agents (Claude Code SDK, OpenCode,
Codex CLI) that work best with Node.js tooling.

Encode path segments and ref parameters with encodeURIComponent in both
Bitbucket and GitHub getFileContent to prevent path traversal via
percent-encoded dot-segments (%2e%2e). Default serve bind address to
127.0.0.1 instead of 0.0.0.0.

Extract resolveBindHost helper and export parseAddr for testability.
Add regression tests locking in the 127.0.0.1 secure default bind
address. Document loopback-only default in README.
