The new tool note is appended at the end of the file, after the release comparison link definitions and below the [0.1.0] entry, under a stray ### 추가됨 heading tied to no version. The Keep a Changelog format used here places new items under ## [Unreleased], which already has an ### Added section.

The new changelog entry for tools/export_jsonl.py was appended at the very bottom of CHANGELOG.md, after the release comparison link reference definitions ([Unreleased], [0.2.0], etc.) and below the [0.1.0] release section, under a new '### 추가됨' heading. This misplaces the entry outside any version section and splits the link-reference block. Move the note into the existing '### Added' section under '## [Unreleased]' near the top of the file (there is already an Added section there listing the other tools/*.py additions), matching the existing bullet style, and remove the stray heading and lines at the bottom.
