• Update the product-technical gap baseline date and temporal capability mapping.
• Record BandScope PR feat(tempo): surface tempo movement rehearsal cues #1059 at exact head 3d2aaa27804bd6113e8e9aee8aff611976698b40, including its stacked-base and protected-gate status.
• Reconcile the later normal merges in the rehearsal-player and canonical-audio stacks without treating stacked progress as a protected develop merge.
• Preserve the distinction between real local probes and the still-open P0 real-audio accuracy acceptance.
