…snapshot Record the live-PostgreSQL Voice-history validation (#763) and the test-only coverage lift (#764: observability 78%→96%, post_summary 77%→89%, claim_verification 86%→99%, package 93.5%→95%). Collapse the duplicated #643/#644 rows that accumulated across successive snapshot updates; the §12 table now carries one row per merged PR.
