fix(dashboard): separate semantic relation labels from values

Follow-up to #649 after its stacked squash merge. Adds tokenized grid spacing between the semantic relation target label and its value. Synthetic Storybook EvidenceReady was rebuilt, rendered at 1440x1100, and visually inspected with no overflow. Focused component test: 8 passed; lint and Storybook build passed.
