Cosmetic CI cleanup per hydra#307 for the post-v2-migration CI failures. ESLint, stylelint, peer-dep tree alignment for
@conduction/nextcloud-vue1.x.Same pattern as mydash hit earlier today (commits 7f93178 + 7ee1cd3).
DO NOT MERGE without checking CI passes; see #307 for the cluster of cosmetic checks that need to be green.
