Final piece of the docs refresh (#16–#20): the GitHub issue forms and the pull request template.

  • A friendly intro with a warning callout: check existing issues, redact logs, and report security issues privately (linked).
  • A hint on where to find the version, and a current 0.7.1 placeholder (was 0.3.2).
• Feature request: ✨ in the name, a short intro asking people to check existing issues, and icons on the field labels.
• New-issue chooser (config.yml): 🔐 on the security link, plus a 📖 Wiki guide link for help and troubleshooting.
• PR template:
  • Icons on the same three section headings.
  • The guidance moved into HTML comments, so it no longer shows up in submitted PRs.
  • A checklist of the usual checks: npm run check, npm test, npm run test:rust, and a visual check for UI changes.

Field IDs, required flags, dropdown options, and titles are unchanged, so existing issues and any tooling that reads them are unaffected.

• All three issue YAML files parse.
• npx prettier --check on the templates: clean.
• The forms themselves only render on GitHub's new-issue page, so they're not previewed here.
